Manufacturas K&K is one of the leading companies in Mexico for processing clothing, mainly knit products and it has been operating since the year 2000. Its location is in the outskirts of Mexico City. The company has state of the art technology, and is up to date with fashion worldwide. Many of the different embellishments that the company manufactures include a mix of manual skills and technology, making unique garments.

K&K also represents 3 of the largest Mexican t-shirt manufacturers: Yazbek, M&O, and M1 and distributes its t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and more.

Our factory occupies and approximated area of 10,000 sq. feet and employs over 50 people. Our capacity, depending on the different processes lies between 300,000 and 500,000 units per month.

Tonello’s state of the art washing and dyeing machines open pocket cylinder, self-balancing machine, variable speed and high-speed extraction suitable for all kinds of washing , dyeing, tencel treatments, bolts of fabrics, linen blends, viscose, cotton, polyester etc., to obtain a worn or stone-washed effects and enzyme treatments. Specifically designed for the finishing of woven and knits for the stone washing process.

The cylinder beaters are of a specially developed and patented shape to ensure a gentle, rapid and uniform treatment of de fabrics. The machine features an open pocket cylinder with variable speed and low speed extraction.

Tonello LASER ROBOT state of the art machine creates special effects through the action of the laser beam on fabrics that produces a variation of the color intensity and allows to reproduce the most fanciful effects and all types of drawings and images on the surface to be treated. ECOSPRAY ROBOT system has been studied and manufactured to spray on jeans, jackets, shirts, various chemicals such as chlorine derivates, pigments and resins, It includes one robot, an overhead conveyor with a manikin and one over for drying and polymerization. Ours are the only machines of this kind existing in our country, Manual finishing’s such as sand blast, permanent press in woven, sublimation, transfer and foil application, pigment dye and automatic and manual screen printing.
