Dunes^® was established 30 years ago in Guadalajara, Mexico and boasts that history as proof of continuing professionalism which today makes us a reliable and expanding business with an acknowledged brand name.

Falling in love with Mexico, our founder, Diana Martin, packed up and moved there from the United Status. She found the country and its colors fascinating. Immediately she saw the beautiful hand woven fabrics, dyed by hand and dried on rafters protruding from humble dwellings. She began to design clothing that could be worn by modern, on the go women. It was a labor of love; weaving and dying are very laborious.

Years later she decided to undertake sewing as a business, and so decided to continue using wonderful crinkle cloth cotton, which could be produced in larger quantities.

Today, 35 years later, the business is in the hands of her daughter, Patricia Jimenez who continues to love and nourish it.

In Mexico as well as in United States coastal resort cities, Canada, Spain, Caribbean cruise islands, high fashion shops in France and more recently Hawaii and Japan.

Our line is profitably carried by boutique owners, starred hotel shops and distributors and reps of the most prestigious stores.

The excellence of our gauze garments has no comparising because they produced by some are of Mexico's most experienced artisans. Our career seamstresses are well trained and well compensated.

Dunes^® has carefully selected an ample variety of textures, all pre-shrunk. Sizes range from Extra Small to Extra Large, as well as our Plus sizes, new this season, Sizes 1X, 2X and 3X. The designs are contemporary and updated every six months.

We also have the advantage of a new dye process that provides a wide range of colors you'll be able to trust to fade far less on your shelves or on your customers. Dunes^® is the first in the trade to use this new process and we'll add enticing new colors every six months.

Dunes^® has been moving forward—with your help, to new goals in the garment industry. Just this week, for instance, Dunes^® was honored by the State of Jalisco, which is where we are located, by our Governer and State Officials with an award supper and ceremony. The award was for excellence in exportations. Our goal, of course, is to give you our very best.

As a new innovation this year we have changed the buttons on our new garments and will include an extra, just in case, with each piece. They will be covered buttons and will match the material and color. We will also be changing our lace pattern to a design that allows us to use lace inserts.
