Herencia Mexicana Tequila is 100% Blue Agave,made from carefully selected blue ripened agave plants grown in the Jalisco Highlands and cooked in traditional adobe brick ovens . The Agave is Naturally Fermentedand and distilled in rustic copper stills to keep the true flavors from the plant intact. Complexity and moderate agave intensity are prominent in our blanco, and the oak barrels we use to aging process, adds vanilla overtones to the overall taste to obtain a premium quality with limited production.
