The initial production average was 2000 pieces per month. During the same year participated in the Gift Fair in Salpro, where we got some domestic customers.

We currently sell our products to a wide variety of stores in different countries such as: Home Depot, Global Pottery, Palacio de Hierro, HEB, Soriana, Sears, Mexico, USA, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Africa y and South America.

We produce Clay pots under the name Ceramica Renacimiento using: clay, glazes and engobes with Plaster Molds, Presses Ram and Rotating Presses with the metal mold.

Our process

Clays: After several years of testing, we have arrived to develop our unique formula, which employ a selection of the best clay, slate and volcanic materials that exist in the region. Thanks to which it gives a product of exceptional quality and durability.

Milling

The second step in our process is to ensure that all these materials are ground into a fine powder. This allows us to the product is characterized by a high-strength, low porosity and smooth texture.

Extrusion

Once the ground is humid clay until achieving the desired degree of plasticity. This dough is fed to an extruder which compresses the clay as well as through empty; it draws the air to achieve a pot more dense and compact.

Ram Press
To form the pot employ the best Italian technology, molds are used special high-strength manufactured by us. Pressures of up to 180 tons ensure a high definition of its design.

Hand Made Finished

Kiln (1000 ° c)

our factory has computerized kiln using gas as fuel, to achieve this after a long process of burning a product baking at a temperature high and uniform without polluting the atmosphere.

Resistance

the sound of our pot is soft or metal (similar to a bell) that guarantee that the pot has been burned at high temperature and high strength and quality. If the sound is low, this means that the pot is poorly burned and low quality.

Export experience:

1994. - We carried out our first export through the subsidiary Ladrillera El Aguila, who had a trading company in the City of San Antonio Texas. It looked for building infrastructure sales to detail and get the American market. The results were very encouraging.

1995 .- This year the company was founded as it is now, with the purpose of exporting participated in our first International Gift Fair in Dallas Texas, where we got to capture our first wholesaler.

It was decided to reform the workshop in order to achieve mass production and volumes required, as well as improve quality.
